How long does a typical coaching engagement last?+
Most clients work with us for six to nine months. Some continue with quarterly check-ins after the core engagement. We don't lock you into contracts — you stay because it's working.
What size businesses do you work with?+
Typically owner-operated businesses with 2 to 40 staff and turnover between £250K and £5M. If you're outside that range, take the quiz — we'll still give you an honest assessment.
Is this done remotely or in person?+
Both. The diagnostic deep-dive is ideally in person if you're within reasonable distance of our base in England. Fortnightly sessions run via video. Quarterly reviews can be either.
What does it cost?+
Coaching investment varies by scope. After the fit-check and initial conversation, we'll provide a clear, fixed monthly figure. No hidden fees, no hourly billing surprises.
What if the quiz says I'm not a good fit?+
Then we'll explain why and suggest alternatives. We'd rather turn away a poor-fit enquiry than deliver mediocre results. Your quiz result is genuinely diagnostic, not a funnel trick.
